So many things about it I think would be perfect for us. It's quite bullens/gwladys like for a start. The concourse around it is huge and all seats are accessed from it (apart from away fans of course) so that before the match/half time all fans can mingle freely. From the outside it is an absolute masterpiece of beautiful architecture.

I would love to see our new stadium with 3 tiered stands on 3 sides and a huge 2 tier stand behind the goal (without any corporate seats in this stand).

Lovely looking stadium but we'd need to have closed off concourses unlike the French style of being open.
Seating blocks need to be redesigned so that they don't have narrow block, wide block 2 narrow blocks et cetera......another idiosyncracy of French stadiums.
Would need to do something about the voids at the back of the first tier especially at the ends of the boxes, first vid @ 1:16 shows these quite well.
We'd also need a third tier but other than that it looks good
