New Everton Stadium

Bit of a longshot this, but does anyone still have those structural cross sections where they lay the bramley Moore stands over others.

I'm trying to gauge the relative height and distance from the pitch compared to areas of goodison.

Why do the top tier seats look wet, does anyone think there are random leaks in the roof, something does not look right to me?

I'll tell you what my fear is about a site that's provided a 'natural' barrier like a wall: that access to it will be generally restricted in a way that it could never, of course, have been at Goodison.

It's vitally important that this stadium is available to the community 24/7 and not treated like an out of reach facility.

The dock walls have been hated in Liverpool because of their restrictions on access. I'd counsel the club never to go down that route. It has to be a living social organism in that district or it will become estranged to it, alienate it and soon fail.
Since when have the Dock walls been hated in Liverpool? News to me, built by French prisoners from the Napoleonic War they should not be knocked down to suit a football club.

The location isn't fantastic, it's nowhere near the city centre and travel is going to be ridiculous. Kings dock would've been 100 times better.
King's Dock would have been better for us as a club. I won't doubt that at all, a huge missed opportunity. But I think BMD is a better location for the city in the long run. It'll eventually bookend the city centre and I don't think having 50,000 people merging on a city centre stadium would be that great on a match day. It would bring the city centre to a standstill and there would be a lot of football fans milling around. Whilst most of us wouldn't care, it can be intimidating for people who couldn't care less about football.

BMD is a betterment on Goodison's location. I understand you might be anxious for those with mobility issues but I don't think travel for those fans will be worse than the current situation. Granted it's easy for me to say this though. But I guess we won't know for sure until we start playing there.
