I think the similarity between black and white stripes of Newcastles kit and and an Everton mint is no coincidence. You can see St James in that photo, is that a secret hint

Everton would have to pay around £20m to buy the land for a potential new stadium in Liverpool's North Docks area.
The Peel Group, which owns the 15-hectare water-front site, are yet to publicly confirm whether they are willing to sell it although the land is said to command an asking price in that region.
Peel say their £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme, to regenerate a larger 60-hectare area incorporating the site identified for a possible Everton stadium, remains on track.

The Blues are also considering a potential site in Croxteth's Stonebridge Cross area.
In June Toffees director Sasha Ryazantsev, who was appointed to the board in March by majority investor Farhad Moshiri, reiterated the club's commitment to building a new ground.
He said: "I don’t know if project is the right word to use here, it is probably more than that.
“But of course we have the team, the performance on the pitch and with the appointment of Ronald Koeman that was the first step we had to make in that regard.
“But we have other projects, like the stadium, going forward as well and we very much want to win and be successful in whatever we do.”
I have to say, if we have to move I desperaely want it on the waterfront (or somewhere else in L4, I grew up there so I'm biased), however I am wary as we've been burned before.I refuse to get my hopes up about Everton getting a brand new shiny stadium on the city's waterfront, never again.
I still don't believe it. Now the transfer window is closing people are hungry for any kind of optimistic news. That Lucas Oil Stadium is awesome. Big fan of brick.
I'm going to say this source of information is bang on because it's what I'd like to believe.
They don't really look like car parks tbf
Also, don't buy Hart and there's your foundations.Just dont buy sissoko and there is your 20 million right there

I do though have a much more optimistic feeling now.
Born not manufactured lolOmg were you born Groucho ?
I sort of had this Wierdo test tube laboratory image .....
I'll help out at the weekends for free.Jeez, this stadium is paying for itself
As we saw with Kirkby, we've a massive hurdle to overcome with planning before we can consider construction. Very much doubt there's any practical building talk going on right now.Must be some civil engineers on here who have heard a rumour about a big job
