New Everton Stadium

You'd only be able to enjoy your safe standing section in league matches. UEFA doesn't allow it. Dortmund has to convert their entire massive kop to seated for CL and EL games, and that means you have to spend the extra money to design your stadium for a conversion like that to be possible.

I hope you are right. The team will do OK with what we have tbf but if we announce a Stadium on the Docks the fans will be given such a huge lift. If it turns out to be Croxteth however there could be a bit of bother........

Just a small, tiny, little bit of bother... Then we would just suck it up and get on with our daily business, well it's not like Evertonians to stand around moaning for ages when something doesn't go our way. :p

Safe standing uses rail seating, which easily converts to seats for European matches. It's not a big deal at all.

...I've been watching footy since the early 60s and I've always preferred sitting to watch a game. It's obviously a personal preference but standing in a crowd to watch a game has absolutely no appeal at all. Mind you, I've never been one for singing or shouting, just love watching the footy.
You couldn't beat doing the boot walk in the St.End in the 70's

The same but I must admit they do manage to elicit the odd profanity from me:blush:

A conversion!?!? Extra money?

It's two bolts that lock to keep the rail seat down mate. Takes 5 seconds for each seat.

The sooner it's referred to as "rail seating" the better. Would instantly change the perception most people have
