fwiw, we had an U18s match at half-capacity, then a Legends match at three-quarters capacity.

Then it opened. No test events for other uses, and no test events at full capacity either.

I don't think I'd fancy going to a test event, I want my first time to be a proper one (unless it was some kind of tour before it opens) even if is just a friendly

The deck above the upper concourse is a bit of a waste. Should be utilised. Even something like having escalators coming from the top of the stand as it does look like quite a distance to the exit from the back of the stand.

Think it would look better without

The whole roof looks like it is floating above the brick building and if you had glass all the way to the bottom you would lose this effect

The revenue uplift will be seen in the year 25/26 season so the financial year ending 30 June 2026. The “scruffs” are right.

It specifically says 'set to open in 2026'.

They're correct about the revenue but not about when the stadium will open.

That's all your getting apparently. Seems like a waste of space to me. Must be some kind of use it could be out to. Maybe one day.

Could turn it into a high class banqueting suite.

Or if Textor gets the nod a parade of Taco Bells , Dunkin Donuts , Budwieser Bar & Pizza Hut.

When we are 3 down after 60 minutes in the first game it will feel like a test event when half the ground head for the exits

I was just looking through the Everton stadium website. Amazing how pretty much everything has sold out. Every single restaurant seasonal offer sold out.

hopefully that will open up some season tickets for the first couple of thousand on the list

That cant be true, because I was assured by some posters on here that everyone saying a 50-70m increase was wrong...

That roof has got a fall in it towards the back of the stand, not sure it could be used for anything
