seems that way.

I think meis has had to rip up his initial drawings which included a running track and start over..

so on that basis, we have another 18 months to wait for any sort of concept designs

You really think a professional architect would only have ONE design for a Stadium when it wasn't guaranteed that Liverpool would get the Commonwealth Games? Dont be stupid. Chatting utter wham.
