New manager

I think they'd have liked to have waited until the summer to sack him; allow a new manager come in, and have a full pre-season with the players.

The media have been long time supporters of Dyche, but even it seems they're now piling pressure on.

If the fans have turned, the media have turned and the players can't seem to win, what other option is there?

The big question is now, who can you bring in, who's willing to work with a shabby squad, low on goals and with minimal funds? Summer wed have a fair crack at whoever, but now? I'm not so sure.

I don’t quite understand why people are asking for Mou or Allegri.

Do you also lay awake at night wondering why Megan Fox isn’t interested in you?

Some class managers on that list , Turzic is a top manager who I would love to see here but would he have the ability to manage in the premiership.

The players and the fans hated him.

He plays cowardly football.

Only got the job as he was close mates with the CEO.

Dont know why hes being mentioned.

Id rather hold on to summer and get Allegri if the only option was this guy.

Mr Bean , at least he’d be more entertaining that the present. Sorry but that’s how fed up with this team and crap footy being played!!!

Has to be done quickly and therefore that means someone out of work.

That gives us a shortlist of
Moyes
Allegri
Ten Hag
Turzic
Fonseca
Sarri
Southgate

They have to make an immediate impact but Pereira shows that they don't need to have PL experience.

Any appointment is a risk. I suppose that Moyes is the least risky and probably least inspiring choice.

Ten Hag ( perhaps unfairly ) is seen as a figure of fun. Ditto Southgate.Fonseca was only sacked last week so maybe it's a bit early for him.

That leaves us with
Moyes - safe but dull ,
Allegri - was stellar but his reputation has slipped. Does he still has the desire?

Both are pragmatic managers who could work with this group of players

Sarri - great football but ageing, would the players be able to play Sarriball?
Turzic - Good record at Dortmund but fell out with players

Incredibly difficult decision. My first choice was Turzic and Ragnick ( as DoF ) . Now , given our position I think it would be Allegri for me.

Do it now please Dan.

Favre is someone that would really fit, because he's a guy that took many relegation fighting teams to Europe, can develop players and implement a good attacking strategy. But I heard he's retired.

Out of the OOC .dangers around, Allegri is the standout, but already on record saying not until the summer, TFG would hd veto sell a real ambitious project to get him to even think about it, after that it's Potter most likely - big big chd he in philosophy though mid season, can backfire but can also serve to motivate the squad by finally training to play some offe some footy.

After that you're looking at ones to swerve mine Southgate or completely unproven like Carsley.

Assuming TFG don't want to delay it weeks oro get by trying to go after a currently contracted manager.

Whichever we do though it'll require bringing in 3-4 decent players who can play whatever system we plan.

The hope might be that Allegri would give us what Ancelotti did.

It's not really a good fit at all, but he's a very good manager.

I'd just take Moyes till the end of the season then appoint someone long term. Regardless Dyche needs to go, gives us time to find the right appointment

Moyes has a good legacy at Everton. Why would he risk it with the very real chance of taking us down during our last season at Goodison?

To counter this.. Moyes ran out on Everton, thus hugely damaging any legacy. Coming back, steadying the ship and seeing us safe ‘may’ cement the legacy.

*as long as he leaves thereafter
