Cheers mate, that'd be great. I'd want a great burger, great Italian food and other high calorie tasty grub.
Ok will put a list together later this week when home

I'm with the lids. Phew.lol it wasn't crap , far from it but i expected more .though the trip was wasted by taking my waste of space ex with me . I want to go back though but for a big boxing fight .
Cracking shout this. The cuisine of NYC is amazing. I just haven't been enough to put up a decent list.Ok will put a list together later this week when home![]()
Some of the best food I've ever eaten. Like the esk says, go to the diners for your breakfast, they're open all night most of them so you can start your day as early as you like. And when the waitress asks if you want maple syrup on your bacon and links, go for it. You'll need the calories and it actually tastes really nice.Cheers mate, that'd be great. Different ball game then . That's what I should of done .I'm with the lids. Phew.

Will be clocking your suggestions though for next time.
The bistro hopping is amazing.Happy to oblige, New York is an amazing place to find good food that doesn't break the wallet.
Key is to eat where locals eat rather than the tourist traps - but you don't need me to tell you that![]()
Nice one mateOk will put a list together later this week when home![]()
boss post . A good shout for finding a good bar to watch some American football . Even if you aren't a fan you'll buzz off the yanks supporting there team while having a good drink . Love doing this in a sports Bar when I've been to Florida .You wanna see New York, jib the tourist attractions after about 2 days. Walk down Broadway right to the Greenwich and soho. You've got bleaker street, little Italy, Chinatown and no hoards of tourists. If you like vinyl records or comics get to st marks place, fantastic little street. If you must do the norm tourist stuff then Empire State, Central Park, the Dakota building (even if you're not a John Lennon fan, he was a scouser and was taken from us there) if the Giants or jets make it to the playoffs in the NFL in January try and find a proper bar and watch the match (you won't get tickets).
Also try and see Coney Island (if you've seen the Warriors it's a must)
New York is favourite place on this speck of cosmic sand and I hope you fall in love with it as much as I did.
Being there is just like going from film to film .Sorry if anyone has already mentioned it, but when you're traveling around by bus or subway, it's like the biggest movie set in the world. Every single street or building you see has been in some movie or other.
