you can tell hes a ****

SO..he almosts wrecks Vic's career, pays him off, then gives him a sly kick and laughs in his face for retaliating.

A horrible kopite jam-rag of a man and player

Jebus. That was a long 95 minutes. Great shift put in by the team but Heitinga is a liability in the centre of midfield and Anichebe makes me cry every time he touches the ball. We should have had a couple more in the latter stages of that game.

And Moyes deserves credit for playing two strikers in the closing stages of the game. We should have buried them.

Heitinga was a lot better than Rodwell. He at least pressurised midfielders and made a few tackles. Rodwell gives them about 15 yards but then when they make runs he leaves them. Then at other times when he's in line with the defenders he decides to charge out leaving someone wide open behind him. He did this for the goal...forcing distin to shift right and leaving baines 1v2. He did it again without 20 mins to go and din't pick up Nolan's runs at any stage. Going forward he didn't make a forward pass until the final 10 mins.

Anichebe was impressive could have had a couple of assists. I also think Beckford with his extra pace wouldda slotted one and think he should've stayed on instead of Saha. Coleman also looked dangerous and think is better both defensively and offensively than Rodwell.

Please may city bid 20m plus for him. I'm sure Moyes has asked his pal Fergie to pretend to be interested.

glad to see Arteta out wide he looked so much better there.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It added insult to injury. If Victor hasn't got it in him to take matters into his own hands and destroy the [Poor language removed] where is his team mates? I just cant fathom that. There has to be some retribution against a player like that. I'd sooner Nolan was carried off with his leg in splinters than the three points today.

Agreed. I think the anchor role is key to it. Apparently Moyes and Round were both face-palming over the amount of times that Jonny lost the ball high up the pitch. If Neville's not going to be fit, then we have to consider playing Jags in midfield (where he played a lot for the Blades) and Heit in behind him or even Hibbo there. Two problems with that are that Coleman's not fully fit himself to play at right back and Hibbert is likely to give fouls away in more dangerous areas if we use him centrally.

Rodwell was playing the anchor role with neville ahead of him...it was Rodwells lack of defensive awareness that lead to Newcastles chances. I'd say we shouldda won it 5-4.

They kept saying he was a boyhood blue on SSN before the game. Made me want to throw a brick at the screen. Obvious confusion with Barton there...

Most footballers recognise when they make a reckless tackle and apologise. This lad reckons it's right to give the same player a whack for having the cheek to sue him, the braindead ****. I'd like to see him have a go at Victor off the pitch.

Was praying Heits just hit him at some point but it didnt happen.

But we're a team full of nice guys. Did you see Tiote and Ossie having a scruffle on the touchline? Hibbo was "doing his shinpads" right next to em and didnt help out.

Where is the camaraderie? They're as soft as shite this lot. Who knows, maybe this type of mentality impacts on the way they bottle it when the pressure is on them to perform well? I cant think of another team that doesn't look out for each other. Cahill is someone who'll stand up. I cant think of anyone else besides him. I'm not advocating we should have a team of knuckledraggers or Joey Bartons, btw, just some team spirit.

Arsenal are full or tarts but they'll badger the reff and back up their players more than we do.

I thought we were great today. The players were up for it and that is all I ask.

Don't want to get carried away but if we beat Birmingham on Wednesday, then all of a sudden we are looking up the table instead of down.

I hope Arteta stays out on the left, what a difference that made!

Also thought Seamus did well when he came on but he needs to work on his final ball and finishing.

Very satisfied tonight.

The bad thing is that because he booked the snide Nolan - retrospective action can't be taken for the snide kick off the ball he gave Anichebe.

If only Big Dunc was playing. He's off chinned the bad bell.

This Nolan business has got me wound up now, the dirty cheating w@ank3r. However lets not let it ruin a good day. Vic and Everton have had the last laugh by taking 3 points.
