'GIVE IT UNSIE TILL END OF T'SEASON'.

In all seriousness though, don't think Tuchel/Ancelotti would touch us, but i see now harm in giving it to Unsworth until the end of the season and use this time to sound out someone to take over next Summer.

All this team needs is someone who knows how to organise a defence and set up a balanced team, we have the players to do that, the manager seems reluctant to do it, looking at the Under 23s you can see that they are well coached and he puts out a balanced and effective team out there when they play.

Blue Bill has a reputation for keeping his pistol in its holster but I wonder if the Mosh is going to be as tolerant? I would suspect that he will want a lot more than is being offered at the moment for his "£50m net spend"

I'd give it to Unsworth now.

Then putting in a proper plan to work out who is responsible for what.

If Walsh is in charge of transfers then say so.

Decide what style of play we want to play.

Recruit a coach who plays in that style.

I'd put Unsworth in charge for the next few games while we search for an experienced gaffer. If Unsworth proves himself in that period, I'd keep him in place and tempt Mike Bassett out of retirement to provide him with support and experience for the rest of the season, then take it from there.

Decide what style of play we want to play. Route one hoofball

Recruit a coach who plays in that style. Take your pic from League Two

Save us Jogi!!!

My gut tells me getting the elbow and trousering the best part of 10 million might just be up RK's street.

He should be given a chance to get things right.. I don't think he will do it but who knows. Nicks an away win at Brighton, home draw against Arsenal and off we go..
