My benchmark is ESPN (don't usually read Guardian) since their obnoxious Sky 4 reporters almost never report anything positive about us.
Again, they could be wrong but always some truth to it, just might not end where we want it to be.

After the Esk's comments earlier I asked whether we'd spoken to Emery yet following the telegraph story. There was a bit of back and forth between me and a few posters who thought we could have so I just posted that after looking at Sevilla's Twitter.

Even with all the money we have we will still be looking at 2nd tier players at best, all 1st tier players will be wanting minimum of CL football. We will have to be patient and understanding......

You are right. Not only the 1st tier players, I think most of the 1st tier managers will be wanting minimum of Europa league. So don’t expect all the managers we want here would like to come our club.

Don't follow them closely but the way that story is written and mentioning club sources it seems pretty legit.
