Don't really disagree with that mate. Same goes for some of the very top rated managers imo. Guardiola for example will face his biggest challenge yet when he takes over City next season.

I wouldn't want mourhino tbh, as great as he may be, it's an explosive situation. If things didn't go perfectly at first then he may get itchy feet and jump at the next good job that came up.

Although the other side is he will be desperate to stay here with all the other managers in the league next season and potentially financially backed here

I don't want Martinez here, but would never wish Everton to lose a single game in order to get rid. Certainly not a semi final or a cup final.

Agree with that BUT, a defeat in the semi or final won't be anywhere near as heartbreaking as it should be for me if it means Martinez is shuffled out the door sharpish.
