I really wanted Besic at the Euros this year, and for Bosnia to be in Belgium's group, so when he plays that utter toss Lukaku he gives him the beating of a lifetime.

I have actually and feel he's better going forward than what we have going forward through the middle

really? He is one of the most defensive midfielders in the leauge. An i definitely wouldnt say he could change to a creative attacking midfielder.

he can read the game well and his tackleing is top notch but i always felt the best thing he could do when he is in possession is just lay it off to a more attack minded player.

He's not actually does lots of charity work and has lots of time for his fans. If you actually read up about him you will find numerous stories showing what a good guy he is. Its your personal opinion like. For all i know he might of nick your bird or something.

Anyway i wasn't really thrilled with RK but am starting to warm to the idea. Like everyone is saying its a big job for a manager. Considering how many players have left and we have a fairly thin squad anyway.

Unfortunately I don't see Cristiano coming nicking any of my birds any time soon lol

No it doesn't. Gentlemanly agreement maybe but look at it from the players point of view.
It's restriction of trade and can't be forced upon.

The fact we have persisted to get RK suggests to me we will do our utmost to get him his signings , which if one is Forster, then we will try to get him and thus if there is a clause we're going to bid it.
No, specific clauses between clubs for usually a year. There can be mitigating circumstances that makes it void but in this instance I'm sure they'll do all they can not to deal with us.

Plus I'm sure the dof will be doing the transfers

So he'll come in, have a squad capable of getting top 4 (although is realistically top 6 in my opinion), have over a 100 mil to spend to improve that squad. And access to probably the best / one of the best youth U21s and U18s in the country. Oh, and all he really has to do is get a keeper, a replacement striker (not in the 100 mil because Rom will go for about 60-70), and maybe one of two other positions.

I would never ignore you mate, you have so much to say and I'm interested :)

What if, yes I am an optimist, we keep hold of Lukaku and Stones. Add a quality keeper and 3 or 4 other quality additions.

There can't be a clause which states that a player can't sign for a club .

Saints couldn't over ride every one of there players contracts with a condition that restricts trade between two associated clubs.

It's a handshake rather than an obligation and thus meaningless
