I think we should all look at the facts here

1: the board have not backed Martinez.

2: Kenwright came out and said what a manager

3: Kenwright said after semi defeat Martinez is a very nice man

4: after all the shocking results , performances, stats etc he is STILL HERE

5: the board have not said at this point he will be replaced

I think we need to let the club know on sat that enough is enough, none of this he does not deserve this as he is a nice bloke, he is taking the pics out of every evertonian with his comments, I feel embarrassed as an evertonian right now with the whole country taking the pics out of us

I didn't say he hadn't won anything, I know he has won a lot but people thinking he'll come here and win us a trophy ir get us champs league inside 2 seasons are seriously deluded. Mate we are MILES behind the pace in the prem, the whole squad needs overhauling, payers like Hiward, Hibbert, Osman, Pienaar, Mcgeady, Gibson all need replacing if we lose Lukku and Stones that's 2 of our 3 best players gone. There isno quik fix in this it's a project and a rebuild from top to bottom and I don't think Mourinho has the patience or inclination to do it is what I'm saying.

One thing I will guarantee is he wont turn us into a too 4 team in 18 months, Our Lord himself couldn't do that.
We were a top 5 side only 24 months ago, and forgive me if I'm wrong but didn't Leicester move up 14 places in just 9 months.

As mentioned previously we are using a specialist search company to assist so I would not be surprised if we had contacted him, but I have no specific knowledge of it.
do you think Rom, Stones, Ross might think of leaving at the end of season?

just looking on skybet at the manager odds, FDB is 3/1 favourite. what's worrying is that Martinez is 4/1 second favourite to be manager at the first game of next season and they make Mourinho 12/1 with pellegrini at 5/1

can you just imagine the fume levels if he is still our manager at the start of the season!

The club can take as long as it likes (within reason) in choosing the best candidate possible, that I have no problem with. However, I remain astonished that there has been no announcement from the club confirming RM's departure. The silence has achieved nothing and only adds to a huge growth in pointless speculation by fans whose patience has been exhausted.

The only possible (and admittedly unlikely) reason the club haven't announced Martinez is leaving is because the club think that they can use that as some kind of leverage when negotiating with any prospective new managers.

I can imagine Kenwright... "Well Jose, you're a great man, a great manager, I think you'd be great for this club, BUT we're still undecided about what's going to happen to Bobby. Maybe if you knock a couple a mill off you're wage demands then we could possibly look at moving him on and bringing you in. What do you say?"
