Regardless of Martinez, Baines looks a shadow of the player he was a couple of years ago.

Definitely a position we should be looking to upgrade.

Everyone in our defensive set up (well, recently the entire team actually) look a shadow of what they were two years ago. I'd see how he does under a competent manager before throwing him on the scrap heap.
