That's what he thrives on, while all the focus is on him he takes all the focus away from the players and let's them get on with with winning.

Perhaps experience learned from his dismissal at Chelsea have made him less of an attention seeker. you don't keep him happy, nor does he keep anyone around him happy. that's why he can't hold a job anywhere for more than three years. what you would hope for from him is shoring up the defence, adding prestige to attract a higher calibre of player, and hoping that he doesn't manage to gut the academy in the short time before he leaves
