If Arizona makes the Super Bowl, I imagine the story of Tom Pratt would be get some airtime. Currently, he's the Cardinals Pass Rush Specialist but he was also one of the Chiefs' assistant coaches 50 years ago for the first Super Bowl. Incredible.
No offense to you real Seahawks fans but I want to punch the ones that refer to themselves as "the 12s." Example: "I've been a 12 for two years now."The Seahawks retired the number 12 in 1984. The bandwagon narrative doesn't fly with a fan base who has created a very hostile environment for well over 3 decades.
117 consecutive sellouts would also debunk this myth.
Sure we've picked up some along the way, but every good team does.

I think Seattle sports fans are really good to be honest. Went to a couple of Mariners games in mid/late 90s at the Kingdome and the atmosphere for regular season baseball games was tremendous. It's a steaming pile of BS that the Sonics were taken from them. Afternoon. How are you?Evening pal.
I am good today.Afternoon. How are you?
The Eagles basically ran Andy Reid out of town...9 playoff appearances, 6 NFC East titles during his 13 years. Didn't win the big one, but still.
Agreed. I do not like anyone's bandwagon fans but I do have tremendous respect for anyone sticking with their teams through hard times. I am with you on the Sonics, they were completely set up to move regardless of the way Seattle voted. Feel that way about the Browns move too but at least they got their team back.I think Seattle sports fans are really good to be honest. Are there ties in football? He had Donovan McNabb. What could he do with a decent QB?
I only just caught up with this season's games. I take it that if the Pats get bodies back they're favourites to win again? Brady with 5 wins would settle arguments between him or Montana.
Can anyone explain to me how Peyton Manning is thought of as an all time QB great in the same breath as Montana/Brady given he's won the one SB? I know it cant just come down to SB rings, but....Given the different eras (free agency and league-wide parity), I think Brady has already eclipsed what Montana achieved. Those Niners teams were loaded (Roger Craig, Clark, Jerry Rice, Ronnie Lott, etc.). Compare that to the receivers that Brady has had.

But doesn't getting to more SBs count as a plus? RU over here in football goes on scrolls of honour. Maybe it's just seen as failure that side? No. Montana had 4 Super Bowl appearances and won them all. 11 TDs thrown, 0 INTs.

He's been great in the regular season and he's a media darling. Also, he was really poor in that Super Bowl that he won. Granted it was in a deluge, but still! Can anyone explain to me how Peyton Manning is thought of as an all time QB great in the same breath as Montana/Brady given he's won the one SB?
