Jelly played well today. He puts a shift in and he scored two. Why can Blues not just say "well in lad" and either be thankful we have someone with a bit more confidence in the squad or find that he's probably added a few million to his price tag (for Redknapp at least!).

Sometimes folk only want to moan.

Simple fact is if he's here come the next game, start him, if he's gash bring a fired up and well rested Lukaku on against Norwich, and maybe we will see Lukaku play like he did earlier in the year rather than the more tired looking version of right now, either way its a win win, anyone thinking playing Jelavic for one half to see what happens is gonna wreck our season is living in cloud cuckoo land, worst case that happens is we get a fired up half from Lukaku and a terrible one from Jela, best case we get Jela doing well followed by Lukaku realising he cant lay back and expect a start whatever his forms like

Really liked Jela when he first came, seemed ice-cool in front of goal and thought we had a guaranteed 15-20 goals a season to look forward to. He's truly lost it though, he struggled to hit the target in the warm up today! A great reception from the crowd though, as always, which makes it such a shame it's not happening for him.

So did QPR today.

The difference seems to be that one striker did absolutely nothing in one game, and the other scored two goals.
