why hasnt he signed for them yet?!

Absolutely nothing about this signing on the Hull City website.

I find the dragging on of this very strange.

EDIT: sorry, one story from 6 days ago saying he was set for talks.

Jelavic joined Everton in a £5.5m deal from Rangers in January 2012 and made an immediate impression, scoring 11 goals in 16 games before the end of the season.

City are believed to have paid £6.5m to take him to the KC, with another £1m dependant on avoiding the drop.

Although he struggled to maintain his momentum during the following campaign, Jelavic has found his first-team chances increasingly restricted this term. But he did score twice in the 4-0 FA Cup win over QPR earlier this month, and will go straight into contention to face Norwich this weekend.

Isn't it strange there's a hold up on your official site announcing it?

As others have said Dave, they're likely holding off until the Long thing is sorted out one way or another. Official announcement will be tomorrow or Friday I'm willing to bet.

I've read that theory before; I cant see the connection myself.

No doubt he has signed. (I'm only concerned in terms of our club knowing they have that cash for sure to spend now.)
