Non League Football

Always up that way live not too far got a great set up there good luck everyone involved

Don’t always agree with the hierarchy, but I’ll give them their due, they’ve listened this off season and the manager has flexed the budget to make a really good side.

If you get a chance, always worth a visit when Everton aren’t playing, even with price increase £12 is still excellent value for me.

How nice is this, one of the best food items I seen at a football ground

Amazing, absolutely brilliant.

South Shields we’re supposed to have something similar to this called “Cob on the Tyne” and was nowhere to be seen.

Marine brought in a Local trader this year. I had the best Balti Pie I’ve had at the football on Friday.

Non League just does it better.

Still tempted to get a season ticket at Halesowen Town instead of West Brom, if only for the grub, lol 😆

Best thing is going to random places to get amazing food.

We all still regularly talk in our Marine group about the food we had last season at Staybridge’

It’s worth the season ticket prices.

A couple of games seen.
Firstly over in Belgium on Thursday I saw Kortrijk u21s play a team called Wevelgem city (non league I think).
Little ground attached to Kortrijks training ground.
Was hammering down but a good game.

Marine & Southport will enter in following rounds… hopefully the former will be away in Sheffield on 2nd September to clash with Everton away at Sheffield United.

Boring fact …. But a good friend of mine played in goal for Warrington town a few years ago
Not boring at all. I'll give you another couple of 'facts':
1) The Chairman was one of my best pals at school.
2) The former manager was allegedly copulating with another of my old pal's wife (now ex wife).
