Thought the manager got it spot on yesterday Barney. Start of the second half they had us on the ropes a bit, and the lad they brought on on the left wing at half time was causing us a lot of problems. Bringing on Scott Butler put an end to that though..

Sacked off the usual 560 mile round trip to Goodison today to take in a weekend of local non-league football.
First up, a much shorter 2 mile trip for an FA Cup first round qualifier between my home club Lowestoft Town, and Potters Bar (both level 7).

Widnes got knocked out 1-0 after a valiant effort away at Stockton who are in the league above. Not a great day of football for me.
