I hate seeing red on my posts cant be doing with the colour mainly, also find it very petty if you dont like someone's opinion just neg rep.

so again were people as understanding to howards 15 odd games without a clean sheet? no because he is a scapegoat and jelavic isnt.

You're now changing your argument, originally you were saying we should sell Jelavic in the summer, because he's gone on a bad run. Despite the fact that even with this bad run he's still scored 1 in 4 this season, and overall he has 15 goals in 38 games.

You want to sell a striker who we bought for about £5m who has 15 goals in 38 games. And don't say 'on form he should be sold', because only a complete whopper sells a player based on half a season's worth of form.

They had more shots on target, and equaled shots off target and blocked, we had slightly more possession.

But for a LEague 1 team against a top 6 Prem team they fully deserved something out of the game even if we don't like it, and it would have been harsh for them not to at least got a draw.

how many of those goals were from last season mate? about 11 of those?

1 in 4 is carlton cole ratio mate nothing for a top 4 aspiring team to be proud of.

Oldham didn't play better than us, yes they were piling on the pressure in the last 10 minutes but that's what teams do when they're are behind.

Not to take anything away from Oldham but it was a foul, if that happened in the league the ref would have blown.

Pienaar was excellent, so was Fellaini, most of the players fought for the ball until the last 10 minutes, closing them down.
It was disappointing when we sat back at the end, why we did that I don't know, because we did it so well earlier on.
Moyes isn't at fault either, Jelavic missed a sitter, and brought Duffy on who is 6'3 to help the defence, a good decision I thought.

We were unlucky, we should have taken the chances we had but the their first goal was offside and it was a foul on Howard for the second.

But Well done Oldham.

I disagree with about everything in this post.

How isn't he? If he wants them to push out he'd tell them not to, he's the manager. He's used that tactic so often and it barely ever works. Thought it was totally Moyes's fault myself.

Why, please tell me.

I'm not saying the whole team was great today, but the work from Pienaar and Fellaini tracking back to push Oldham was very good.

Tought Oldham had better chances than us to score, we were lucky to get a draw. Tought Pienaar and Fellaini didnt do much good. Moyes should have taken Neville off, dont think it was a foul on Oldhams last goal.
