If they invest the White money properly into a striker (like you've said), I can see them finishing safely mid-table.
Sell them Tosun.

'Mes Que Un Club' what a joke
I think Dortmund have to sell Haaland at the fees popping up in the media.
I don't know that they 'have to', but Roman would be stupid to let an opportunity this good pass without getting a deal done.
Roman is many things, but stupid is rarely one of them.
Well they either sell him now for £150m+ or keep him for one year and then lose him for £65m.
Are they gonna win the league this year? CL? Doubtful. Take the money and reinvest.
I don't know that Dortmund can run them up all the way to 150 million pounds.
Haaland is probably good for CL money and that's getting harder in that league. Add on revenue from shirt sales and what not and they are correct to demand a pretty big spread over next season's reserve to sell.
Well that's what they've asked for and what is reported Chelsea will pay.
Guehi might prove to be a good bit of business for Palace. Buying young and unproven at this level could go one of two ways, but it’s exciting times for them.
It's £150 million to Dortmund and £17 million each for Raiola and Haaland's dad.Well they either sell him now for £150m+ or keep him for one year and then lose him for £65m.

That will be the best business of the window IMO. Tremendous signing for Palace, he was an absolute rock (nearly) every time I watched him in the Championship last season.
It is good to see the age of the squad being addressed. The general feeling is that this looks the right way to go (not least because young, experienced PL players are unaffordable for us) but as @Brett Angell Delight says, it’s not without risks.@Alan Whittle you Palace fans must be loving life.
Loads of players out the door and some highly promising young players coming in.
Very different to Everton.
They've let their older players run their contracts down. Hopefully this is the situation we'll be in next summer.@Alan Whittle you Palace fans must be loving life.

I think it’s clever. Worst case it doesn’t pay off straight away and you go down, you have good young players who can build up confidence winning in the Champo every week, ready for the bounce back.It is good to see the age of the squad being addressed.
