He wudn't get criticism if we were doing well because we wud cut him some slack and have faith he knew what he was doing. As it is, the majority of us now don't. Niasse could turn things round but the point about the West Ham substitution is a great one. If he has not been fit since he got here, why wud Martinez put him on in that situation? That is a bad game management and so adds to the pile of "sticks".
