He was never charged though, the panel felt it wasn't a dive.

Apparently the panel consists of three of these.

On the 13-man panel are Nigel Adkins, Rachel Brown-Finnis, Terry Butcher, Lee Dixon, Alex McLeish, Danny Murphy, Chris Powell, Trevor Sinclair, Keren Barratt, Steve Dunn, Mike Mullarkey, Alan Wiley and Eddie Wolstenholme.
The state of some of them on that panel

It was a clear simulation lads and if you don’t think so then you would cheer Dalglish wearing a Suarez t shirt.

I agree chico that he goes down very, very easily with the slightest of contact.:)

The problem I have though is, all these pundits etc have been defending other players (Aguero, Sterling, Alli) for diving by saying that these players have been entitled to go down even if the contact has been minimal. These same pundits are saying Niasse should be banned because the contact was minimal!

There was absolutely no doubt he made the most of very little contact. But I think the FA are opening an can of worms by charging him. I don't know what classes as simulation or what doesn't, does there have to be zero contact? Cabaye dived to try and get Tom Davies booked int he second half, where is his FA Charge?
