Our Prince will be back for the derby and slot a hattrick against the rs. Such a shame we'll concede around 10 goals in return

It shouldn’t even be a yellow though.Yeah, if the ref did a better job, it's just a yellow and job done? But because the ref was incompetent, it's a 2 match ban?
They cant take away the goal, the punishment must fit the crime.
I get what you're saying but if the ref thinks when it happens dive then he just gets a yellow and nothing else comes from it so I can't see how you can go from that to a 2 match ban myself. That only works if they say if you try to dive to win a foul then it's a red card then it works. Currently it makes no sense.
This is simply a layer of protection for the match official. Can you imagine if he calls it wrong for one of the big boys and not only fails to award a penalty but also sends their man off then MOTD proves it actually wasn’t a diveEven if you think it was a dive then a 2 match ban is a joke when if the ref thinks it is a dive at the time he just gets a yellow. How is this right? Also many worse dives this season than this which didn't get anything.
Well 1 is an attempt to deceive, the other is a successful deception, just like attempted murder and a successful murder.

The ref on the day had more common sense than a panel of people who would overwhelmingly have been influenced by the cacophony of outrage from 'experts' like Shearer, Neville etc etc.
It's a disaster that'll be shelved very quickly.
The free kick that Arsenal scored from was given for Sanchez (the Spurs one) putting his arm across Alexis just like Dann did to Oumar. But that was okHazard, who I think is usually the most “fouled” player in the premier hits the deck every time an opposition players arm comes across him and Sanchez is the same in all areas of the pitch, resulting in numerous pressure inducing free-kicks. That surely now has to be looked at, as the contact is invariably minimal.
I think they've made things more difficult for the ref. This referee was right on the spot and IMO called it correctly . The FA have just called him a blind idiot !........Will a penalty ever be awarded again ??This is simply a layer of protection for the match official.
