Another 90 minutes for Reece Welch as Forest Green throw away a 2-0 lead to draw at home to Grimsby. Forest Green are 23rd.

Chesterfield's 7 match winning run came to an end in front of the cameras away to Southend. They lost 3-1 after taking the lead. Southend's goals included a pen and an og. Not sure if Harry Tyrer was at fault for any of the goals. Chesterfield still top.

Zan-Luk Leban was on international duty. He played 90 minutes for Slovenia U21s who drew 1-1 in Turkey. Farsley obviously missed him as they were knocked out of the FA Trophy losing 4-2.

No game for Stanley Mills as Oxford United's game was postponed due to international call ups. Des Buckingham has taken over at Oxford after ex Toffee Craig Short took charge of them in the last match as caretaker.

Mason Holgate back on the bench as Bednarek returned from suspension. He didn't get on the field as Southampton conceded late on to draw 1-1 at Huddersfield. Saints are 4th.

No minutes either for Lewis Warrington as Plymouth earned a rare win at home to Sunderland. Plymouth had only 33% possession so maybe not suited to Warrington's style of play. Hopefully he can be recalled in January and sent somewhere else. Plymouth are 19th.

Stanley Mills started again for Oxford United under new gaffer Des Buckingham. He was taken off at half time with his team trailing 1-0 away to ten man Cheltenham. Oxford were unable to get back in the game and had a man of their own sent off, going on to lose 2-0. They drop to 3rd.

Reece Welch also dropped to the bench after starting almost all matches prior to today for Forest Green. He came on after 70 minutes as his side achieved a goalless draw at Walsall. Forest Green are 2nd bottom.

Another win for Chesterfield, although Harry Tyrer conceded two late goals. They beat Eastleigh 3-2 and remain well clear at the top.

Another clean sheet for Zan-Luk Leban as Farsley drew 0-0 at home to Hereford. Farsley are 16th.

Neal Maupay on the bench for Brentford v Arsenal. Can't imagine he will get much game time once Toney is back.

Leban doing well to hold down a spot

Tried and failed to upload the Alan Partridge shrug gif for this part.

Thanks for summarising it all each week John.

Another 90 minutes warming the bench for Lewis Warrington as Plymouth lose 1-0 at Coventry. Plymouth are 20th but 6 points above the relegation zone.

Stanley Mills still starting for Oxford United but taken off after 78 minutes. Oxford couldn't break down the visitors Bolton and it finished goalless. Oxford are 3rd, 3 points from the automatic promotion places.

Reece Welch didn't get on the pitch at all, as Forest Green lost 3-0 at home to Bradford. Forest Green are 23rd, 3 points from safety.
