An assist for Stanley Mills tonight for Oxford United at Reading. Taken off after 66 minutes with the score 1-1. It finished that way. Oxford are 5th. Stanley seems to be doing well despite the change of management.

Forest Green won 4-2 in their FA Cup 1st Round match with Scarborough, replayed due to Rovers fielding an ineligible player in the original match. Reece Welch played 90 minutes.

Zan-Luk Leban's Farsley won 2-1 at home to Curzon Ashton (no, me neither). Farsley are 14th.

Another 90 minutes on the bench for "Holgy" as Southampton drew 1-1 at Coventry. Ex Blue "Simmo" failed to score for Coventry. Saints are 4th.

No sign of "Wazza" again for Plymouth who held on for a scoreless draw at QPR despite having "Scaggsy" sent off after 25 minutes. Argyle are 18th, 3 points off the relegation zone.

Mason Holgate on the bench again and not called upon as Southampton won 4-0 v Blackburn. Southampton remain 4th but now level with Leeds.

Lewis Warrington again absent as Plymouth won 3-2 at home to Rotherham and go 16th.

A 6th assist of the season and 84 minutes for Stanley Mills. Oxford United beat Burton Albion 3-0. It was 2-0 when he went off. Oxford are 3rd, one point behind Peterborough.

Reece Welch on the bench and brought on after 85 minutes with Forest Green already 2-0 down at MK Dons. It finished that way. Forest Green are 23rd.

Harry Tyrer back between the sticks after being rested in the cups. Another clean sheet and a booking as Chesterfield beat the Monkey Hangers 1-0 away. Chesterfield are 8 points clear at the top with 2 games in hand.

Oh, forgot about Neal Maupay. Brought on after 68 minutes yesterday with Brentford winning 1-0 v Villa but ended up losing 2-1. He was involved in "farcical scenes" with Emiliano Martínez at the end.

Mills certainly seems to be on a par with Dobbin in League 1 last season , so it’ll be interesting to see if he too can get first team minutes next season. He looks like a player Dyche can get the best out of , the extra experience in League 1 could be the difference .

Signing Harrison and bedding in Mills to replace Danjuma seems like it could be a better option than not signing Harrison and spinning the wheel on signing another winger. Still think Dobbin is by far the better player than Mills but no denying his output is inferior
