Ranieri has been a decent manager all his life, but not A level to use a term that seems to popular with some on here.
One season working with/under Steve Walsh he wins the preiership. The credit obviously goes to Walsh.

You are correct, however the decision to go down the DoF route at Everton was made by Moshiri before bringing in Koeman.
