Troy Deeney isn't going to play anyway

Thanks for that. It's about time a player finally stood up and put it out as others should have done. What he has said just might get others supporting him on this issue.

anyone who has been to large parts of Liverpool will know it makes Burnley look like Monte Carlo

Steady on... Burnley is way worse than Liverpool.

There was a guy I went to school with moved there for a job. Decent guy if a bit slow. Came back 18 months later a full on member of Combat 18.

Bandit country.

I agree its not, all sorts of famous people are when the rest of us cant. Look at Piers Morgan. Off sick and got a test straight away. Wouldnt happen for anyone else.

Key workers can now get tested and I'd imagine footballers will fall under a similar bracket to Morgan.I hear the clubs have bought up testing machines and kits.

I agree its not fair.
How the hell can a footballer be classed as a key worker?

Anyone whos been on away trips to Burnley will know that even the roughest areas of Liverpool are a relative paradise compared to the most dull old mill town ive seen.

That bit where the big tesco is and the bus stop, we park near there and walk to the ground under the railway bridge. Thats all there is! Its grim and 99 times out of 100 its raining too.

Troy Deeney isn't going to play anyway
Deeney is full of it. He wasn't thinking about those students health when he was beating them up outside a nightclub. His is a voice I have no time for.

If the argument is "Football is Safer Than Going To The Supermarket"

How about we make it safe for 60m people to feed themselves before we kick a ball.

It's madness and money driven.
