So that means Norwich players and Spurs players who came into contact with him, could now have it. Testing does not stop you getting Covid 19, You do understand that don't you ? Also you do seem absolutely desperate for Football to carry on ar'nt you, why is that ?

He doesn't understand that. On about 5 occasions when questioned he kept going around the houses saying a test does stop someone getting it. He then accuses everyone else of spreading misinformation. The reality is, people are just correcting his continued idiocy. When it's highlighted he just moves onto his next point of idiocy. Maybe that the ONS has shown lower deaths than the 5 year average or whatever. I mean he should get a job working for the tories.

Nothing is 100% safe but if there was an industry you could place your children in to from a safety point of view then Premier League football would be right up there.

It has nothing to do with the gobshites because as soon as the Premier League announced that Null and void was off the table they were always going to win it,

This is about people propagating disinformation during a pandemic.

If I was going to place my child in an industry, it would not be one where the 2m rule was not being followed and there was lots of physical contact. I mean teaching unions are rightly highlighting this as a problem.

Hello mate, you seem to enjoy a paragraph or two, I'm wondering if you have any sort of connection to a previously twice banned poster whose name I can't think of right now?

So, if I follow your line of thought, football is completely 100% safe to resume, therefore the league can restart, therefore Liverpool get their much-needed six points, ergo you're a kopite.

It's more.
1) The ONS have shown no additional deaths on the 5 year average
2) Belgium has more people dead than the UK
3) BAME are not affected by this (so therefore the abuse sent to BAME footballers by Liverpool fans is fine)
4) The government are telling the truth
5) If you are tested you can't catch it
6) You can't catch it through bodily fluids
7) PPE equipment doesn't work
8) Suarez Ma says it's fine to play
9) The UK is safer than Germany
10) The UK hasn't had more dead on single days than every other European country

That's just off the top of my head. He's coming up with that much nonsense, I'd suggest he may even be a paid person from whitehall. It's idiots like this that give the intellectual argument that has leads to bad decisions which in turn has led to deaths.

He might be a blue, but normality when you see that mixture of acute stupidity and arrogance it means one thing.

What I don’t really get is why are games so spread for the restart? First round of games run Wed-Sun just makes no sense to me.

Getting harder to be against the footy restarting now I've seen the queues for Primark and Sports Direct FFS. Whats wrong with people?

Where have you seen this vaccine that’s coming out end of September , next year at the earliest I’ve heard if and when they find one , do we null and void next season too if so there possibly won’t be a season after or the landscape will look totally different . All the clubs inc ours have been desperate financially for it to return .

you've not heard of the Oxford vaccine ? Supposedly going to be ready in September. Newish poster, when did you join ?

We are not that hurt by the lack of a vaccine.

Best case scenario he is working to is late September, and the population having received it by the start of 2021. Thats the earlier I suspect grounds et al can open safely. He was very cautious when asked about that though.

It was the first time they've ever been able to avoid the "well they had X more days rest than us" argument.

I tend to think (and worry) this is how football will look after covid. We will not have fans back for some time. If you look at the last broadcasting deal, the price per game was already decreasing but was partially covered by increasing the number of live games. This is a bit stupid, as clearly it's a sticking plaster, and the more live games there are, the less valuable each becomes.

Anyway without trying to waffle on, the decrease in value of the product will only accelerate in this recession. We also see that the PL's response to this has just been to offer more games. When a bigger reduction comes, expect more games to be offered.

The final thin holding this back previously was consideration for fans. Ironically the frauds who pretended to care about fans have shown themselves to be the biggest tory scabs imaginable and have essentially broken the collective organisation of fans through this. They've now seen that not only can football go ahead without fans, but also they can just pipe noise in for the TV audience to offer all the authenticity they offer. Stick some cardboard cut outs. Fake plastic fans essentially. To quote radiohead-they look like the real thing- they sound like the real thing.

So what you are left with, is 10 lots across each weekend-from Friday night until Monday evening. Every game will be live. A nightmare for the match going fan, but for the TV spectator absolutely brilliant. Every game will be live, probably across multiple broadcasters. I think thats the future now.

Rather a strange question about a vaccine , yes I’ve heard of the oxford trials of a vaccine but I’ll bow to your far superior medical knowledge about it being ready in September :D my reading of it is at least six months and that’s if enough data is available with the declining transmission levels not helping the search for one . I suppose if your career in medicine fails you can always join the circus
