We've been too rigid in game plans for years. It's lost us games from very early on in the 90 minutes. The prospect of someone stepping in to put an end to that is encouraging.

Not seen you this optimistic about a managerial appointment before.
I agree that the club and players need a complete change of mindset, which I honestly thought Ancelotti would bring with him, wasn’t to be the case though.
As much as I was against his appointment I guess it’s let’s see what happens now.

Mate if he wins a trophy of any description I’m sure every single blue would be absolutely over the moon , I didn’t want the bloke but I’d obviously be uncontrollably happy .

Surely it’s not about point scoring off each other it’s about being successful, which I’m sure is what we all want . The question is whether he’s the man to achieve it .

You could set a timer for when Moyes and Martinez would make changes and it was predictable. Silva's substitutions were clueless with a gung-ho mentality.
