You have no idea what's happened between Benitez and Digne, so how can you judge his actions as immature.

In theory letting one manager control our budget and squad building isn't a bad one given the scatter gun spending of the last few years. The fear is we will be lumbered with a squad of average to dross players with PL "experience" (more like Begovic, Townsend)with the odd good one(Gray). A bit like I don't know Newcastle.

for a grand total of 1.7 million. I am fairly certain if we had £50m to spend then the personnel would have been different. Now it is up to Benitez to get rid of the average to dross players we are currently burdened with from previous managers/DoFs. Sounds like a long long road ahead.
