I don't actually think this is a Moshiri decision though mate. If you think back over time all he has talked about is wanting Hollywood football under a Hollywood manager. Well Benitez might be a lot of things but one thing he most certainly is NOT is Hollywood football, he might get results over time (highly debatable) but it's never going to be in the way that Moshiri has talked about. I think this is Usmanov trying to steady the ship whilst the stadium is being built, which tbh I actually find slightly more disturbing as it means we are being dictated to by a guy who has no "official" involvement with our club. We are just a mess at the moment.
I mean, wasn't that pretty much the same with Kenwright and Green?

Well I don’t see how he’s doing that because as well as being poo himself, he is not getting rid of any other other poo he is selling our top players
If our "top players" are 28 or 29, then they need to be sold. For too long we have allowed players to decline into obsolescence and become worthless relics of the past. Seamus Coleman is the current case in point. Allan is going the same way. A truly well run club will sell its players one day after they peak. Digne is definitely the saleable asset of choice right now. Richarlison and DCL have a few years yet before we cash in - unless we get crazy offers.

100% this. Digne is ineffective at the moment and has a value. Pointless keeping him until he has neither on his side
