These fans that don’t want Benitez.. why aren’t you giving him the same time and money you afforded.. Martinez.. Silva or Koeman, if Benitez is sacked after five months he would probably be a record as quickest Everton manager sacked in a very long time.. why not just treat him same as previous ones before turning on him because as most of you say.. it has nothing to do with him being an ex red manager just footballing principles on the pitch you don’t agree with.

Just an observation, mate, but given that you are a self confessed Dalian fan, who are in China and you in Liverpool then this would seem to make you a fully signed up member of the Sky Sports brigade.

I think reflecting upon this over Christmas will be a big help for you. ?

Yes. But frankly between Everton, Fylde and Al-Rayyan, I don't have time for any more stupid football clubs.

You are not an Everton supporter lad, so try not to sneer at Evertonians that don’t share your views.
You have no investment in this discussion and therefore your arguments carry little weight anyway.

Hey @Legend78 now we know you're a Dalian Pro fan, you can give us a few insights into how Benitez set them up initially in terms of tactics? How, if at all, did he evolve them as a squad and team?

Do you think there's a type of player he might look to bring in to Everton? What about the Chinese league and players at Dalian - any hot tips that he may try to sign or who could do a job?

Lots of questions, but your insight would be very much appreciated.

He’s just overseen our worst run in 3 decades.

If you don’t think any of the others would have been under pressure had they done the same, you’re out of your tree.

But then you’re not an Evertonian and support a team thousands of miles away, so it’s not surprising that you know precious little about us or our fanbase.

Unless of course your statement was a lie, and the truth is you’re actually a fan of a club…. rather closer to home, shall we say?

Also, it’s probably best not to deride supporters as “the sky sports brigade” when you spend your days on a forum of a club that you have zero affinity with, apart from a weird obsession with their manager - presumably as a result of his complete failure during his semi-retirement at the club you CLAIM to support.
