We need stability, but there's no use in sticking with a manager, if he's the wrong fit for the role. I'd rather another manager do the rebuilding. That other manager should also be able to rebuild, without playing crap football and driving our best players out of the club.;)

The key for me is accountability at this club, which there is none or poor.

If fans have an issue with Benitez cos of being ex RS then why not protest week in week out against Moshiri? Or perhaps they won't cos daddy is buying us a new stadium.

Coming to the players, there hasn't been accountability with some of the under performers who've been given a free run inspite not pulling their weight, like Digne. The moment they sense more is being expected from them, they either react positively or start sulking.

I am glad Brands was held accountable, the next person to be looked closely in my view is Unsworth and the scouts. Benitez for me is very on the list right now.

All the reports suggest that Digne was unhappy that less was being asked of him not more. People don't protest week in week out against a government that's shafting them more and more every day they aren't going to do it against the owner of a football club just because he appointed someone they don't like get in the real world.

This doesn't make any sense. How can a professional football player expect less is expected from him? Does any employee working for an organization think their boss expects less from them? In case you feel your organization does not value your work then you look for a new job, or if the employee does not agree with management they can move on. This is how I read Digne. He has every right to be fed up with Everton's 'project' as he's overseen 3 managers, all different and has seen the quality of squad decrease. If he feels at 28, he can achieve more in his next 2-3 years of peak then he's right. However, as long as you're contracted, you cannot become demotivated, sulker as no football club or organization would allow it. Ultimately you try and do what your company or managers asks or you're fired/sold.

Aren't I just but come on ask yourself the same question.
Benitez obviously, why do you think everyone is on his case, because he's setting us up poorly tactically and not getting results.

Now he's falling out with our better players, which he has form for, people are worried about the atmosphere at the club and combined with bad results and performances, a few have seen enough.

It makes total sense the reports were that he wanted to be more involved to be asked to get forward more and to get on the ball more. He felt like he was being asked to dumb down his game and didn't like it. Lots of people in work feel that way I don't really understand what you're saying. I don't think there has been any suggestion that Digne is a sulker or doesn't want to work hard during his time here which is what you were suggesting.

What you say is true, I have not been a supporter for him either but I do respect the fact that he is the boss no matter who likes it or does not. I doubt if he will get the push any time soon.

Do you read your own posts at all ?

What you want is what every club in the world wants, it isn't that easy to get them and the ones who almost guarantee success will not come to Everton.

I would like you to suggest a name that you think is not a big risk, would come to Everton and almost guarantee the targets you have set.
