You seem to be a deeply disturbed individual. Why not try spending your time on RAWK instead of here or the DP fan site. It seems very weird that you want to come and put yourself upon a set of opposing fans who really should have very little or nothing to do with your life. Maybe try talking to the opposite sex, or the same if that takes your fancy but with the aim of forming honest, sustainable relationships.

I don't want him to fail, because if he fails we fail. Ok, fair enough, he's had injury problems, but some of the decisions he's made certainly appear to have dug us a deeper hole and sticking with Rondon and Iwobi are at the top of that list. I was willing to give him a chance but having seen what I've seen over the last few months I doubt he's the long term solution.
