I think they've put it in and deserve credit.
Your standards are in the toilet if you think that.

Effort isn't what I am questioning. Basic competence and average footballing IQ is what I am demanding. It has been sorely absent from a majority of our players all season long. Perhaps you need another harrowing brainfart from one of our heroically remunerated "stars" on Sunday to jog your memory?

Not a hater at all, don't have any problem with Everton in fact went to Goodison a few times in the 90s when I studied in Liverpool. Just facts are, with football the way it is, you've not been competitive for a long time, and won't be until you're bought out by the next Sheikh to come around.
You won't get an argument from any blue about how badly ran the club is mate. That is why we are where we are and if we stay up we will be back here again next season unless there are wide scale changes made including at board level. Everything they do has been shocking for years i.e knowledge, direction, recruitment, communication, accountability. Every part of the club sucks and we are very fortunate again that there are 3 teams worse than us.

If B'mouth, Palace, West Ham, Forest, Wolves etc had no striker to use they'd have been on less points than us right now.

This club was a basket case to walk into on and off the field.

How can anyone know all that and diminish what Dyche has done?

I admit that when he came in and the window shut with no signigs and he wasn;'t kicking up over it that I thiught he ewas a yes man coming in for a big contract and pay off. But the feller hasd completely galvanised this team. 7 losses in 17 games. I';d never have believed he was capabable of that with these players, but he did it.

He's one step away from a place in the club's managerial history as far as I;m concerned. If he'd had a Richarlison or other decent striker he'd have had us near midtable where Palace are.
Well said. All the other clubs spent and we did not. Deserves big credit if he keeps us up

This I completely agree with.

I just hope he gets the ending this has built up to, because all of what he's done will count for very little otherwise.

I think some believe if we stay up this time we inevitably suffer the same next season. That's not true.
Yeah I have already said this. The league was strong this year. It’s been proven by all the promoted teams saying up. I don’t think it will be as strong next season. the promoted teams aren’t as good. I think if we do manage to stay up we will be comfortable mid table next season.

Most said the same last season after Palace. “We will learn from this“. With a Premier Leagur charge hanging over our heads, it’s unlikely the club spend serious amounts of money to improve next season, even if we avoid a transfer ban or points deduction (worst case scenario).

I don’t think we need loads to finish mid table in this league. A forward that is effective and can play more or less every week and we are there. If DCL could keep fit we wouldn’t be anywhere near relegation. The club are idiots for not finding a like for like replacement.

Where are you going to watch it blues?
The ground? Pub? Home?
Or are you going to avoid it like the plague? Walk? Jog? Hiding in an Inner Mongolian Cave (probably some Liv fan will still be there to deliver the bad news if we sink)

Home, probably moaning at the TV when we miss a chance lol, i will panic a touch if we lead by 1 getting late into the game, knowing if we concede it could send us down though - (Hopefully WH/Spurs do us a favour, but i expect Leeds to win but not by 3 and WH to draw/win, and us to win or draw at worst)
