Just seen the table. How tf are we still not bottom?

This was the table after Palace 3-0 less than 10 games ago.

Comfortably clear of Forest who weren't even bottom. They are now 6 points clear.

Been a terrible run but Southampton have only picked up 4 points in this spell themselves, West Ham just 7 with the win today. Bournemouth just 4 aswell...guess who their win was against!

Basically spent the last three months boosting pretty much every single team below in that table with a win.

Talking to some of my Manchester mates tonight, they all support City. They seem more upset than me ha ha (I think I am resigned to it now if nothing changes) . They assure me that they want Everton to stay up. They say the lies from the board remind them of what went on at City under Swales. They say that whatever happens the fans will come through it and will be there when all the rats have gone. They also wished us the best of luck and told us the Kopites are...well, you know the rest.

New manager appointment should be someone who can work with young players and impose a hard working, pacy style of play on this team, so we have someone who can build on something in the summer ready to try and push on for promotion next season.

I just want someone to come in and kick the players arses. Frank's nice guy act hasn't work. Time for someone to come in and be tough on them.

My Kopite family members and friends can’t even be bothered to wind me up anymore.

Someone tell me there have been teams in a worse mess than us at this stage and climbed out of it.

Sunderland looked gone a few times but survived. I seem to remember Wigan looking dead and buried and going on a great run, same with Leicester the first season they came back up.

Somehow at least 17 teams almost always get more than or close to 40 points. How it spreads out during the season can vary but the numbers eventually end up there. This team is quickly running out of a realistic path to 35+ points.

Scary stats....

Second half of the season. Everton have already lost to two of the only three sides they beat in the first half of the season. Southampton and West Ham.
