I do hope Dyche gives Godfrey a run at left back. At least he would add some attacking threat but maybe I'm thinking of the pre COVID version ?
tbf Big Benny G-to-the-F hasn't ever been the same since he caught that virus that has 0 symptoms in 99.9% of people who have it and 99.8% of people who do have it make a full recovery from it. Probably just needs 5 more years to come good.

There will be a serious price to pay for the mismanagement and overspending of the Moshiri reign and relegation could just be the beginning of it. He has saddled the club with debt which any prospective new owner would have to take on. You just don't get away with pouring half a billion down the pan and we will be paying for these mistakes for a very long time if/when we go down. Bad times indeed.

Training video from today showed them having to do the bleep test so he is clearly wanting to get their fitness levels up for the run in. Dyche won't go down without a fight and he won't let the players either.
Bleep Test. Well thats another farewell to DCL and Mina then. ( Also answers the question why Davies is still at Finch Farm )

This Arsenal game is the most important game in our club's illustrious history to date.

Every red I know is desperate for us to lose this one.

We just get behind the lads like we did at the back end of last season.

Goodison needs to be rocking.

Frankly our squad is dire, but the players aren't deliberately playing poorly.

If ever this grand old team needed our support it's now.

I certainly enjoyed it but it’s about the games now . however it’d be tough for anyone not to get behind him after watching that . Although I imagine we’ve got a Few who won’t find it an issue.
He is right to a degree that we have some good players. Get them motivated and organised and we can start getting results. It will still be extremely difficult of course but we have a chance

I'm not trying to bw awkward, but theres no way you need 40 points to survive.

35 will likely be sufficient. In some recent years 28 points has done it. Theres a lot of poor teams about.

If we get 35, with our decent goal difference we stay up 70% of the time.

That requires us to win 5, draw 5.

That was one season, the freak season with no fans. 35 points is usually the bare minimum required.
