Many Evertonians are bipolar. Frank Lampard - a novice manager - was effectively fellated by Evertonians at the weekend. People genuinely seemed to think our ills were all the result of a faded Iberian with a shady past and hospitality sector connotations. The players - demonstrable failures almost to a man - were going to turn over a new leaf simply by "enjoying the ball" - an object most have absolutely no comfort or even vague association with. Well, "Frank Lampard's Everton" is like Cinderella as the clock hits midnight. Back to plain ol' Everton, toiling in the relegation zone with only Keane and Holgate, the ugly sisters, for company. Death spiral.
Your assessment of the Blues is spot on,,, the Everton Board are to blame, they have allowed managers to buy very average players, the part time directors must have little knowledge of a players abilities, most evertonians are with you my friend should Leeds beat us today then we are doomed.

That performance should breed confidence in the team. We need to get a new mentality of belief and passion which has been absent with Bambis on Ice for far too long.

If we play like that every home game we can lose every away game and will still be fine.

No excuses now. The players have enough quality to batter the crap teams around us.
