As Everton suffer a ninth defeat in their last 11 Premier League games, BBC Sport's Phil McNulty asks whether the Toffees are too bad to avoid relegation.

What was fixed? Breaching FFP, not having a pot to wee in meaning we couldn't get in the players we needed.

Why are you including Boreham Wood and Brentford in the 3 wins from 8 for Lampard, but not including Hull for Rafael, or the draws against Man Utd, Chelsea and Spurs.

It was fixed from a playing side, we had a side that was top 8 in performance. He broke what worked under the previous manager.

We were in a horrendous mess when Lampard arrived. 1 win in 13/14. One of the worst runs I've seen in my lifetime, and I've probably seen 6 sides involved in relegation trouble. He had no transfer windows to resolve it, no pre season to work with and a squad who's confidence was shot.

I'm really not sure why, 8 games in you are calling for his head? Or seem to be insinuating as much. That's complete madness, and frankly completely different to what happened with Benitez who had long since ran out of ideas.

The problem is Moshiri and his board

They are a big problem. But there is 1 manager in their tenure who has stunk it out more than the rest.

The idea Lampard should be under any pressure because we sacked a failing manager is ridiculous to me.

Worth remembering we can go 7 clear of Burnley if we go there and beat them and win our one game in hand over them.

Ok, say 40 each for Pickford, Richy, DCL, 15 for Douc, 10 for Mina, 5 for Allan would get to 150 coming in. Experienced PL players don’t come cheap, regardless of relegation.

May be right mate. They get beat Thursday though then they are 6 pts ahead of us but we have 2 games in hand on them and we have to play them at home the week after the Wolves game.

Might be good for us that Newcastle have had their run recently, as they're no longer fighting for their lives. We saw the hiding they gave us when they were desperate to stay up. I don't want that to happen again.
