For the first time since the 90's I have a really bad feeling about this season, I really can see us in the mix for relegation. I haven't felt like this in a long time. I never believed we were in any danger these last years when we've been bad but this season is another level bad.

Unless you're competing for trophies or Champions League you're just another of the 13-14 sides who are used as Cannon fodder in a corrupt league where you cant even celebrate a last minute winner anymore incase VAR rules it off because of a toenail offside.

Honestly couldn't care less what league we are in at present I'll still go the games and get behind the side.

But what would you be hoping for in lower leagues? That we are promoted back to the premier league to continue with the situation we’re in now? I can’t buy into the whole ‘you need to be relegated to rebuild’ stuff. No reason we can’t rebuild in the league we should be competing in.

We have 20 games left at this point and we have 19 points. If we say we need 40 then we need 21 points to be assured of safety. Even with our poor squad that should be possible. Hopefully we add a few players to the squad and can get 6 wins and 3 draws out of those 20 games.

In the premier league it’s hard to judge where those points will come from, I just hope we don’t go into the final day needing a result

No we haven't we have Newcastle at home and Burnley and Norwich away in normal times those are winnable games not when you have a stubborn negative manager and a cowardly bunch of players though.

So a clubs fanbase who havent seen us win a carrot in 27 years and have seen us in the relegation spots more than in the top 4 spots are too big to even attend a Wembley final?

That makes no sense. Being relegated doesn’t stop you from being in danger of or being relegated again if you’re then promoted. We need an overhaul from the top down. Again, that can be done without being relegated. Seriously, if we were relegated, I don’t think we would get back into the prem for a long time.

Its not so much hope for anything - I would rather Everton be competing for honours in the PL but if thats not possible (due to FFP, VAR, official bias towards the scab 6, the club itself) then I dont care what league I watch us play in mate nothing will change in my routine.

The 86 and 89 cup finals were not boss for me.

They are only boss if you win. Even then I am not sure modern Wembley holds the same appeal. It's just a stadium.
