I'd be surprised if we see him back before Leeds but you never know.

Target will be to have him starting by the first game back in September, I'd imagine.

Holding him back until mid September seems far too long to me. There are 3 more Brazil games before that so why should we rest him if he will be going for more internationals?

He should be given a week off and expected to play week 2. But it wouldn't surprise me if he wants to keep playing either. He isn't one to miss many matches, even when he has a knock.

Yeah, the guy's an animal. I bet he's back, starting, in Week 2

Aren't there Internationals in September, October, and November? Those games combined with the games he has already played in the Copa America and the Olympics could have Richarlison struggling for us this season.

Richarlison is due back at Everton's training ground tomorrow and will be in contention to play in the opening game of the season.

The Brazilian international was granted permission to extend his campaign by playing in the Tokyo Olympics and it was expected he would miss the first games of the season because of it.

But it has now emerged Everton gave the 24-year-old the go-ahead on the basis that he would not require an extended rest after the tournament and would return soon after the Games had finished.

Richarlison helped Brazil overcome Spain in the Olympic final on Saturday but is expected to return to Finch Farm on Wednesday and be available to face Southampton, at Goodison, this weekend.

Expect hamstrings to explode within 5 minutes of the start of the season

He's fit snd firing now. I'd play him up front straight away for a few weeks. He can have a few weeks off when DCL comes back.
