If no one's blaming players why are you mentioning Duncan as an example? Dunc sparked Moyes didn't he? Dunc realised Moyes knew more than he did and wanted back into footy. He apologised. Rooney has also apologised to Moyes. Fallouts happen. They are very different characters to Baines.

End of the day, Martinez’s performance as manager hasn't been good enough. A cup win may change the perception of that to some.

He's not been good enough, has Martinez. He's got flaws to iron out. I'm just not into sacking willy nilly. I think there has been positives from Roberto, but we just need to tighten up a bit more.

I think, as a club, we've been a shining example of patience, And it's done us no harm at all.

Exactly - Very different characters indeed, and if Moyes could patch it up with Duncan after being sparked by him, then I see no reason why the situation is lost between Martinez and the current senior players.

It might well be lost, but it's obviously not beyond repair - unless Baines is gonna knock him out :p

He's had two seasons to sort things out. As previously mentioned numerous times, there is alway an excuse. Fans, players, ref, an unphenomonal moment in somebody or others career. But never Bobby. God forbid anything could possibly be his fault.
I sincerely hope that the search for our next manager is well underway. This fella just ain't up to it.

I'm just telling you what was said by Moyes rather than your made up assertion that the relationship changed because he brought Cahill and Bent and we manned up.

Changed the dynamic of the team completely. We went from having a semi-fit Duncan, a finished Campbell, and a petulant Rooney to having 2 warriors up front. If you don't want to think that improved us as a unit, then you're entirely wrong.

No yesterday it was 69% mate so it's gone 1% higher.

I don't think Kenwright has much better say in what will inevitably happen either.

Haven't seen you post much to the site mate yet so welcome to the forum

And I'm not doing this to be controversial, I like the man, there is something about him and I am dying for him to succeed, maybe I'm soft and would hate him to lose his job as we all know he is working hard to build something here. I just him to acknowledge his wrong-doings and have that same inspiration he had two years ago. I've got a soft spot for him as he's a really nice person.
