the club have kept him away from the media on purpose though, that you can tell. granted it was just to try and steady the boat to make it to the harbor (end of season) but the waves (fans) aren't going to let up before then so they will probably keep him out of sight as much as they can.

The club are clearly not bothered about what they imagine are a few fans on social media. We need to make ourselves heard on Saturday, to leave the Board and manager in no doubt that they have dropped a massive clanger leaving RM in situ. I just hope the fans are not as tame as they usually are - plenty of Martinez Out chants and banners (if possible) will do. Boos are no good, as the players clearly think the boos are for them!

No evidence whatsoever, purely personal experience of being involved in sports press conferences over many years when I did a lot of freelance media work.

So , an educated guess based on incompetant journalists not asking the questions that they should have been asking for the last 6 months.

...we have to bear in mind that - and as today has clearly proven (I've just watched again) - is this (RM) is a man who is seemingly so bound by self-belief that he finds it difficult to find any real fault at all in what he does. As I've said in the past on here - self-confidence is great...until it becomes destructive. It is now destructive.

Now, factor in the MOSH - a man who evidently will not accept mediocrity - if he is bound by clauses in the managers contract and the alleged arms of BK still embracing him then he could prove difficult to jib ATM...not so much difficult, but 'unsettling'...so why 'rock it' when you can leave him to his own devices and watch him swing? That's what part of me thinks anyway...

I'm not going Sat as I'm committed to something else and have been for an age. That said, I wouldn't have attended anyway and I certainly wouldn't have took my Son this week.

Either way Everton need to get this right because, simply, from the outside they seem to be getting it so very, very wrong ATM.

And I genuinely hope there's method to that kinda madness...

We're probably to nice of a club and this is why it's this way right now. If the 3 teams at the bottom weren't that rubbish and we could of got into that bottom 3 Martinez would not be manager right now

He is a nutter. Club had the opportunity to make a big statement to the fans and players by sacking him and coming out saying we will not put up with prolonged mediocrity. Silly now

thing is it will be tame and bar grumbling, nothing will really happen apart from boos at half and full time. Always the way, some tit will throw a tennis ball on the pitch and be escorted out for it, and that will be it.

Or in true everton fashion, they will try to throw the tennis ball, and hit a child on the back of the head instead.
