It's tough to take mate.
I so wanted him to succeed.

In hindsight, I gave him far too much slack this season.. Cup runs etc.

He's blown the best ever chance of sucess he will have.
Everton will be a proper player again, new ground, big money, boss youth etc..
Blown it..

Gutted for him, but, and it's a massive but.. We will improve massively without him... And.. His coaches btw.
 


Just because he's not getting sacked right now doesn't mean he can't/won't be sacked at the end of the season.

The time to worry will be if they publicly back him before the end of the season. They're not exactly rushing to do so right now.
 
Such a lovely man, one of the nicest you will meet, for that reason he gets another season from me.
