...we have a billionaire in tow now. How realistic would it be that he cant pay Martinez up? If this board were about to cave in to a mob holding bedsheets they'd have brought a caretaker in by now and paid RM off. It doesn't make sense that they'd let this linger.

They were QUALITY bedsheets, if you don't mind. Took my son at least 5 mins to create this bad boy - once Mr Moshiri saw this, there was no way back for Roberto...

...I still haven't seen your list of top managers we'll be choosing from.....
Come on Dave, how would you expect any of us to know, also I think it's a fair accusation to say that no matter what he says you'll come back and do 1 of 2 things....you'll either call his suggestions 'nobheads' or you'll say he's deluded as they're out of our league.

That's the top and bottom of it.

43% win rate (third highest in Everton managerial history)
Top PL points record.

That's why he doesn't deserve to leave.

What is the point of including the wins against those League 1 sides in cups?

30% PL winning rate since August 2014.

Worst ever home record in a season.

Hopefully, he is gone asap and we get a high calibre proven manager in. NSNO.

So, what did you make of the Anfield 'performance' and the FA Cup whimper?

What would Howard Kendall have said about the performances in our season defining week?
FA Cup whimper? We had a depleted team out against a team that needed a £50M player to beat us. We were very unfortunate not to win it...but, of course, everything has to be described as a disaster doesn't it?

Alright lads.

How's the rebellion going?

It doesn't look like the men in charge are taking any notice of the County Road Luftwaffe does it?

:coffee:
Hello dave :bye:

Where do we go from here mate as the club don't seem to have any direction

If he gets two more wins from the last three games he will have another season I reckon.

Small time mentality. Right, wins against the mighty Norwich and Sunderland and he has one more season.

That's why some said we are little plucky Everton.

Oh dear.

The David Moyes magic beans explanation for season one.

Surely you're better than that? If you cant give the mana credit for his achievements then it's fair to say the rest of your assessment is skewed.

Really doesn't matter what the source was behind season 1. Maybe it was Moyes, maybe it was Martinez, maybe it was Osman and Pienaar, maybe it was Mirallas and Baines hitting a load of free kicks in. Whatever it was the key thing is could he do it again or get anywhere remotely close to it. The two seasons since has emphatically answered no. If he'd come top 7/8 in those seasons we wouldnt even be having this conversation. Instead 14/15 was a living nightmare. Turgid football, horrible cup runs, and a woeful points tally. Everyone gave him the benefit of the doubt though and another year. This year he's been even more stubborn, has brought in even more of his own players, and has got things even more wrong in the league culminating in the worst home campaign of our entire history.
