Hold on, Koeman and De Boer are not in the class of the other two. They are bog standard PL type managers. That is not 'top class'. Winning Eredivisie is not a CV that screams out ambition with hundreds of millions of pounds worth of funding...and Pellegrini is nowhere near Mourinho's class.

Top class really only defines one manager there.

11th isn't mid table. We didn't finish mid table last season either with getting to the quarters in the europa being the highlight of our cup runs as we were dire in both domestic cups. So... We've had two semi's and currently sitting 11th with a slim chance of finishing mid table but more than likely we'll finish in the bottom half just like last season, you think thats acceptable and we should be happy with that?

Moyes got us an FA Cup final and also finished 5th and qualified for Europe in the 08-09 season with an arguably worse team than Matinez has at his disposal so while I see the point you are trying to make, it is just wrong, you're settling for less than mediocrity tbh. Had we got two semi's this season and we were still pushing for a European spot atm (5th or 6th) and narrowly missed out come the end of the season finishing say 7th or 8the then I'd agree with you maybe but that's far from the case here unfortunately.
