I agree. Was going to post that earlier. He sounds like he knows the writing's on the wall unless results change. And that's ironic because posters in here were posting for years how we should get rid of BK and we need a new owner. Now we have a wealthy one, BK is the only person that it appears may keep Roberto Martinez his position...ironic as those particular posters were BK's biggest critics.

I don't even think it will be the results which do for him.....we could put a good run together over the closing weeks but it would be masking the inherent flaws epitomised by the daft substitution against Hammers.

It will be his darned philosophy.

If the new bloke sits down with him and starts asking Bobby what he intends to do about conceding less goals and how better we are going to defend set pieces he will be met with either a blank stare or be treated some film flam poppycock about not needing to practice defending corners as only one in every (insert relevant figure) corner leads to a goal ergo it is better not to waste too much time practicing defending them he will be shell shocked.

No matter what happens from here on in I cannot see Bobby starting next season as Everton boss.

The irony my friend. Certain Martinez supporters criticising BK and the Board for years now have BK solely keeping their man in his position for next season.

Judge RM on his overall performance, fine. That's fair.

That last game though, he had better tactics, the tactics worked but we had a player sent off, his tactics worked despite being down to 10 men. The players messed up to me.

The sub was a bad decision, with hindsight, but it's not really RM's fault if the players lose the plot for 15 mins. The players need to man up and take responsibility.

Lol. Even the kopite hack who wrote it has said there's no chance RM is under review to be sacked.

Martinez fielded a question or two by a numb nuts hack at his press conference. That was it.

Mate, I am not commenting on being for against Roberto. We are discussing his wording starting to change in the last week. I think it's fair to conclude he is feeling the pressure a bit. Finally seems that he and everybody at the club will FINALLY be accountable for their performances.

Ah sorry, misread it. I think RM needs a reality check in that respect. I never watch his press conferences cos he acts like a deluded bell tbh.

I wish he'd start admitting where we need to improve and addressing it rather than finding excuse after excuse. I don't think he does himself any favours.

I just hope he can turn it around, not really cos I want to be proved right or wrong either way, just cos I want us to do well and ideally it'd be great to play attractive football and win games.

Needs to go regardless of the result against Chelsea.

Results are there for all to see, hes had more than enough time to show he's up to the task and hes failed.
 
Anyone ever had that crazy X girlfriend that would argue everything and could never be wrong no matter how preposterous the effidence was stacking up against her . Like yis both know she's just talking pony but it wouldn't stop her.

Kinda reminds me of someone.
